Paul Nidenberg

Mr. Nidenberg spent more than 20 years on Wall Street as an Investment Banker, co-founding the commercial mortgage departments at Salomon Brothers, Daiwa Securities and Greenwich Capital Markets where he and his team created and executed many of the industry's first CMBS transactions and business models-- most of which are still commonplace today. Mr. Nidenberg was most recently CFO of Mavent Inc.

Mr. Nidenberg is based in New York City. He earned his bachelor's degree from Franklin and Marshall College and an MBA in Finance, with honors, from New York University.

Lou Pizante

Louis Pizante has substantial experience leading and advising companies, with particular expertise in corporate legal, corporate finance, mortgage finance and regulation, and business development. Mr. Pizante was most recenlty a member of the Board of Directors and CEO of Mavent Inc. Prior to joining Mavent in 2002, Mr. Pizante held positions at Greenwich Capital Markets, Nomura Securities, Goldman Sachs & Co. and Deloitte & Touche, LLP.

Mr. Pizante is based in Los Angeles and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley; a master’s degree in business administration from the Stern School of Business at New York University; and a juris doctorate from New York University School of Law. Mr. Pizante is a member of the California Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Mortgage Bankers Association's ("MBA") Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance Committee, and has been recognized by the MBA as a Future Leader.

Seth Fischoff

Mr. Fischoff has more than 18 years experience in the asset management industry, where he has earned particular recognition for his expertise in, and execution of, relative value trading strategies. He was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Clinton Group, Inc, a hedge fund and asset manager specializing in fixed-income products. Most recently, Mr. Fischoff was the Chief Investment Officer and Founder of Agamas Capital Management, a hedge fund manager to relative value funds.

Mr. Fischoff is based in New York City and holds a bachelor's degree in Economics with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from the Wharton School. Additionally, he is a CFA Charterholder and has been registered in the United Kingdom as an Investment Manager.
